Contracts and invoices

Keep a copy of each sponsor's own contract in their file. For new deals and renewals, ClubScale writes the contract from your template: the sponsor signs online, and a second board member signs for the club. Then make the season's invoices in one click, with VAT and an e-invoice for your bookkeeper.

Deals for members

Each sponsor can give members a deal, on one page the club shares in the team app or newsletter. Members open the deal and show a live pass on their phone at the till, so no club card is needed. Online they use the season code. The sponsor gets customers: a better reason to stay than a board alone.

Every promise kept

Every board, shirt, post and invite you promised gets a date. You see what's late and what's coming up, and tick it off in one click. Each tick goes into the sponsor's history, so whoever takes over next season knows what was agreed and done.

Renewals on time

See which deals end before summer, and which sponsors have a child leaving the youth teams. Send a renewal proposal with what they got this season. When prices go up, raise every amount by a percentage at once.

See what you can sell

We visit your club and map everything a sponsor could have: boards, shirts, the kantine, the youth tournament. Each spot gets a fair price for a club your size, and you see what has never been offered to anyone.

Get your members involved

Parents and members with a business sign up through the club's own form, from a QR poster in the kantine or a message ClubScale helps you write. Nobody goes through member lists: people raise their hand themselves and land on one shortlist.

Pitch with a picture

Answer a few questions about what the business wants and can spend, and ClubScale suggests a package. The proposal shows their logo already on your board, in a letter that reads like you wrote it. They sign online.
